How do I get started?
To get started visit our contact page. First, check out of service area to see if your location is an area PLL can serve. Second, check out our availability to see what's open. Last, scroll to the bottom of the page and fill out our PLL contact portal form and submit.

Is a meet & greet consultation required?
Do I have to fill out the new client forms?
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday-Friday 9:00AM-4:30PM for dog walking, potty breaks, puppy training, and cat sitting. We are open on weekends by appointment only, for reserved overnight housesitting, cat sitting, and meet and greets.
What type of payment does PLL accept?
I run payment through Pet Pocket Book Software. It is very easy to set up an account in the software. Pet Pocket Book is partnered with Stripe to handle and secure any payment information that is stored in the software portal. Instacart, Lyft, and OpenTable are just a few brands that you might know that also entrust Stripe with their client’s financial information for online payments.
Yes, this is required for all new clients. It is a chance for my clients to meet me, and a chance for me to meet and get to know your pet. This will also give us time to go over all paperwork and details of caring for your pet.
Yes, the meet & greet form, pet photo consent form, & terms & conditions contract is required to be filled out for all new clients.
Is there any breed PLL won't care for?
Will PLL walk more than 1 dog on a walk?
Pawsitive Leash On Life walks all dogs! We have no restrictions to height, weight, or breed of dog. Our current pack has a wide range of different breeds, all unique in their own way!
As of right now, I will walk up to 2 dogs from the same household. There will be an additional $5 charge for each additional dog added to walk to the dog walking fee. For example: To walk one dog for 30 minutes it will cost $25. If you would like 2 dogs walked at the same time from your household it will be $30 per 30 minute walk.
For dog walks, do I need to be home?
No it is totally up to you! You're welcome to pass off your pup at the door, or if you're away or in a meeting and can't come to the door, I can enter front door via key given, door code, or garage door code given.
